But why now and why Paphos?
It seems a large number of these sales are for fields and land parcels where buyers (international and natives) are taking advantage of the increasing popularity of Paphos as a luxury destination.
Paphos is already a cultural hub for lots of villages outside the city. These include Mesa Chorio, Mesogi, Treminthousa, Tala and Kamares.
This has been essential for international buyers and new expats as they’re able to enjoy the benefits of city life, while having a community in a village outside the centre.
Paphos is easy to get to from most of Europe. There are regular flights from London (five a day), Manchester (two a day), Edinburgh (two a day) and Birmingham (once a day).
Those who live in Paphos enjoy the idyllic Mediterranean lifestyle, accompanied by great food and friendly locals.
