Buy with your loved ones

If you are keen to experience next summer as a family, lapping up the Spanish sunshine, you might want to consider buying with your family (or friends). This can help to increase your budget, maybe make the four-bedroom (or even more) properties more in your price range than before. Or, perhaps, buying together can mean finding a home just a tad nearer to the city centre, the beach or airport than if you were to buy alone. It does take a little more organisation that buying alone, but it is a sure way to split the costs and double the fun.

Luckily, we’ve got a guide on buying with family (or friends), which will help you think through the pluses and minuses of going down this route.
